Welcome to Shuswap Total Fitness!

With the Province of BC’s changing of restrictions on July 1, 2021 this is what you can expect when you come to Shuswap Total Fitness:

• Masks are OPTIONAL (Recommended by the Province in indoor public spaces for all people who are not fully vaccinated. We will not be asking as this is private information)
• Please do a self check before arriving at the gym, if you are sick, unwell or have symptoms please stay home
• We will ask that you sanitize hands before and after workouts, group fitness classes and/ or tanning
Bookings for gym time NO LONGER REQUIRED, please scan in with your FOB when you arrive
Bookings for Group Fitness Classes required, please use the ZEN APP or call the front desk to schedule up to 72 hrs in advance
Classes run with 3 or more participants. If we do not see 3 enrolled 1 to 2 hours prior to class time, we will cancel the class for that day.
• We will require guests and members to continue to sanitize equipment with available spray bottles and personal use towels
• Drop in’s welcome

We would like our members and guests to know that we are continuing with regular cleaning of the facility. Our goal is to provide a clean and safe indoor space for all members and guests to enjoy.

  • 18 Group Fitness Classes per week.
  • 18 Member Classes are included with membership.
  • Classes with additional charge are Zumba, and Use it or Lose It.

Use it or Lose It Class!

LEVEL 1: Designed for older adults who need to improve joint mobility, balance, coordination, endurance and functional strength in a safe, fun group environment.

LEVEL 1 provides a gentle program  for people who have various health circumstances, including osteoporosis, arthritis, limited mobility, balance impairments, or for those who just want to stay active and independent.

LEVEL 2: A more challenging class and is designed for older adults who want to maintain, build and improve their strength, balance and agility and have some fun at the same time.

Tuesdays & Thursdays
LEVEL 1: 10:15am – 11:15am
LEVEL 2: 11:30am – 12:30PM

$70 for 10 passes or $8 for a drop-in
