Use it or Lose It Class!
LEVEL 1: Designed for older adults who need to improve their joint mobility, balance, posture, coordination, endurance, and functional strength in a safe and fun group environment!
This class aims to decrease your risk of falls and increase your confidence, independence and overall quality of life! Level 1 provides a gentle chair program for people who have various health circumstances including, but not limited to; osteoporosis, arthritis, limited mobility, post stroke, balance impairments, or for those who just want to get moving!
LEVEL 2: Designed for adults who want
to maintain, build, and improve their strength,
balance, agility, range of motion and have fun
at the same time! This class is also appropriate
and safe for those who are expecting to have a
joint replacement or those who have had a
recent joint replacement!
If you have completed your physiotherapy at the hospital and would like to continue strengthening and improving the new joint, this is where you need to be!
Tuesdays & Thursdays
LEVEL 1: 11:30am – 12:15am
LEVEL 2: 10:15am – 1:30PM
$75 for 10 passes or $10 for a drop-in. Come try and class! The first class is FREE!
