SCHEDULING YOUR GYM TIME
We will be requiring members to schedule 90 minute appointments. This can be done on our CLASS SCHEDULE CALENDAR or download the Zenplanner App.
- Set up a password.
- Click on the timeslot you would like and sign in.
- Zen Planner will send out a link through a separate email.
- Once you are logged in, you can schedule up to 72 hours in advance.
- Click on the time frame you would like.
- Follow instructions on the new pop-up window.
Please be aware and patient on entry, you will need to distance while waiting to sign in.
SCHEDULING WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Fitness Classes temporarily suspended!
- 25 Group Fitness Classes per week.
- 18 Member Classes are included with membership.
- Classes with additional charge are Zumba, Yoga, and Use it or Lose It.

NEW! Use it or Lose It Class!
LEVEL 1 provides a gentle program for people who have various health circumstances, including osteoporosis, arthritis, limited mobility, balance impairments, or for those who just want to stay active and independent.
LEVEL 2: A more challenging class and is designed for older adults who want to maintain, build and improve their strength, balance and agility and have some fun at the same time.

LEVEL 2: 11:30am – 12:30PM
$70 for 10 passes or $8 for a drop-in
