SCHEDULING YOUR GYM TIME

We will be requiring members to schedule 90 minute appointments. This can be done on our CLASS SCHEDULE CALENDAR or download the Zenplanner App.

Zenplanner:

  1.  Set up a password.
  2.  Click on the timeslot you would like and sign in.
  3.  Zen Planner will send out a link through a separate email.
  4. Once you are logged in, you can schedule up to 72 hours in advance.

Class Calendar:

    1.  Click on the time frame you would like.
    2.  Follow instructions on the new pop-up window.

Please be aware and patient on entry, you will need to distance while waiting to sign in.

SCHEDULING WILL BE REQUIRED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

NEW! Use it or Lose It Class!

LEVEL 1: Designed for older adults who need to improve joint mobility, balance, coordination, endurance and functional strength in a safe, fun group environment.

LEVEL 1 provides a gentle program  for people who have various health circumstances, including osteoporosis, arthritis, limited mobility, balance impairments, or for those who just want to stay active and independent.

LEVEL 2: A more challenging class and is designed for older adults who want to maintain, build and improve their strength, balance and agility and have some fun at the same time.

Tuesdays & Thursdays
LEVEL 1: 10:15am – 11:15am
LEVEL 2: 11:30am – 12:30PM

$70 for 10 passes or $8 for a drop-in
